At CreativeDash.ai, we aim to provide transparent, flexible billing with no hidden fees or long-term lock-ins. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how billing works across our service tiers.

Pricing Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Basic – $299/month

• Build It Together – $499/month

• Build It For You – $999/month

Pricing is based on the level of support, automation setup, and services provided. Each plan is billed on a monthly basis.

Billing Cycle

• You will be charged monthly on the same calendar day as your original sign-up date.

• Your subscription will continue for a 12-month period, after which you will have the option to renew, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

• You may cancel at any time during the subscription period. There are no penalties, no setup fees, and no cancellation fees.

Free Trial Policy

• Each new account includes a 7-day free trial.

• A valid credit card is required to begin the trial, but you will not be charged until the 7th day.

• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will automatically be charged based on the plan you selected.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. After your trial, cancellations will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

Renewals

After the initial 12-month period, your subscription will not auto-renew without your consent. You will be notified and given options to continue, adjust, or cancel your service.
